This fast-track project involved the comprehensive MEP design and execution for
the Red Sea Global Residential Show Suite, located within Mazaya Tower in
Riyadh’s prestigious King Abdullah Financial District. Tasked with delivering a
seamless integration of technical infrastructure into a high-end, client-facing
environment, the project demanded meticulous coordination, premium
specification standards, and absolute adherence to accelerated timelines. The
scope encompassed full mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems,
power distribution, lighting design, low current systems, water supply, drainage,
and fire protection – all engineered and installed to align with Red Sea Global’s
