As part of Saudi Arabia’s transformative Vision 2030, the Pilgrim Experience
Program was conceived to enhance the journey of millions of pilgrims through
innovation, efficiency, and service excellence. Spanning 3,000 sq.m across two
levels in Riyadh, this project serves as a key operational hub for delivering on
that promise. Our scope encompassed both the full interior design and the
complete MEP installation, with a focus on creating a refined, purpose-driven
environment. Every element—from spatial planning to infrastructure—was
tailored to support optimized workflows, technological integration, and future
scalability. The result is a contemporary, human centric workspace that
embodies the spirit of hospitality and national progress at the core of Vision
2030.
